Se desató el conflicto de competencia que se ha suscitado entre la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Valle del Cauca Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, con ocasión de la acción de tutela promovida por la ciudadana de la referencia en el sentido de que el competente para conocer de la demanda es la mencionada Sala del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Valle del Cauca.

- Primero. INAPLICAR, para el presente caso, por ser manifiestamente contrario a la Constitucion Politica, conforme a lo expuesto en la parte motiva, el articulo 1o del Decreto 1382 de 2000.
- Segundo. DESATAR el conflicto de competencia que se ha suscitado entre la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Valle del Cauca Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, con ocasion de la accion de tutela promovida por Luz Angela Sanchez Shima, en el sentido de que el competente para conocer de la demanda es la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Valle del Cauca.
- Tercero. Remitir al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura referido, el expediente ICC-162 para que se adelante la correspondiente actuacion judicial.
